I found that the interviewer was thorough in providing information about the company and what the job entails. I also liked during the tour that the work environment was clean and all team members appeared to be friendly, professional and enjoyed working there. It was apparent to me and made me happy to see that the company was committed to a safe work environment. When given the background of the company it made me feel like the company was moving in the right direction by expanding locations and acquiring another seed company.
