SiteOne Landscape Supply Manager, Supply Chain Analytics interview questions

Several phone screenings with an outside recruiter before being brought on-site for four interviews lasting one-hour each (1 in-person, 3 via skype). The interviews felt more like a supply chain 1101 course than an actual interview to gauge my job description knowledge. Those in middle management appeared to have climbed the ranks, not from talent but through being early/young hires who stuck around with SiteOne being their only professional experience or buddies with top leadership who brought them over from a similar org.
