I applied inline and than got an email telling me to call and set up a interview. I called and they kept telling me to call back at a later time. Finally after calling a few times they asked me a few questions over phone( I was a little caught off guard by this, because I thought I was just scheduling a interview with them.) When I finally went to the official interview I filled out paper work and was than taken to the back, it was a one on one interview, the interveiwerl was very nice and made me feel comfortable. She asked me a feel questions and I was informed I got the job. I also had to do a basic math test.
