Interview
You submit an application online. I called back after about a week or so, to see if they were still interested and got an interview. Basically, they just sat me down and asked me a lot of questions like "What's a difficult situation you were in and how did you resolve it?"

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Six Flags (Gurnee, IL) in Feb 2010
Interview
The questions were very standard. My best advice would be to come in knowing what days and times you are available, a few examples of how you can cooperate on a team, an example of a difficult event and how you handled it well, etc. Be sure to care about the job, because Six Flags has many alternates.

Question 1
Nothing was really unexpected to me. Be warned that you will be asked things such as "would you be willing to climb to the top of Raging Bull's lift on a hot and windy day".
