Application and interview took place over one day. The process was very brief. Basic questions about work ethic, do you believe in teamwork etc. After the interview they hired on the spot. There was no negotiation for salary it was the minimum. the rest of the day was spent on training

You submit an application and from there someone will contact you over the phone. You will then get an interview. After that, assuming you pass, you will then go through Discovery training, further training for some positions. After that you will go through some position specific training. After that you are on the job.
