I applied online and received a call very quickly. I had not had a job before so this was my very first interview. I was called for a phone interview that was pretty easy-going and lasted 30 min. I was then called in for an in-person interview and the HR representative clearly stated the dress code. Since Six Flags is usually a first job, it is common that people looking for employment will come inappropriately/unprofessionally dressed, as they were mostly teenagers. I sat down the a nice woman who asked me a few questions about my leadership skills and situation questions in a very small room. She then offered me a lead instead of a job as a regular team member the same day.
