The process maybe seems quite simple online but can be very weird and possibly uncomfortable to work with. It’s not even a true interview in all honesty. At least what I had was not one.

What makes you a great candidate to work at Six Flags?
It was farely easy, they just asked a couple question on basic customer interactions and I just said how I would respond, only lasted a couple minutes and they gave me the job on the spot.
First did a short test with questions related to giving change from the cash register. Then there was a short interview with a big group where everyone is taking turns talking for 5 to 10 minutes.
