I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Six Flags (Valencia, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
I applied online. The application was a bit long. It took about an hour to finish. At the end, it asked me to call the HR to schedule an interview. The interview was easy, and no doubt I passed the first interview. But right after that there was a 6-page evaluation test including alphabetizing etc, kinda tricky. Didn't pass that :( You really gotta be prepared for that.
