The interview was done over the phone considering i had already been working there for the past two seasons. My boss went over all of the new things that i missed from the beginning of the season and asked me my motivations of working.

Group interview with a bunch of other teens. We all answered questions one by one. They sent two out of the room half way through and hired me and another guy on the spot

Have you ever had a problem with a customer and how did you handle it
The interview process went as smoothly as any job at this level would, asked very basic questions which were informative of oneself. It was also fairly quick. Super easy for anyone to do no real challenging questions were asked.
The interview process was very simple the questions were normal questions asked in your typical job interview you did have to “audition” but that was a simple introduction to announcing games to attracts guests
