Interview
It was a group interview, about 6 of us, in a room, and a lady asked us questions, simple questions, the we played jenga, later they called a few people and they got the job. The remaining were told that we were watched as soon as we entered the door, and that we should smile more or be more expressive. But I think indivisual interviews are better.
I applied online. I interviewed at Six Flags (Valencia, CA)
Interview
It was super easy! First you take a math test, they ask you a few questions and then you fill out paperwork if they offer you the position you applied for. They will let you know the day of your interview whether you got the position (I think only for seasonal/part time positions).

I was seated with a superivisor at a table for a one on one interwiew. We began by discussing simple things on the application. She was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Alot were situational questions. I was nervous at first, but after the interview felt that i did very good. We also had to take a 10 question simple math quiz.
