Applied Online and received a call to schedule the interview. Initial in-person 1-on-1 interview was with the LP Manager and was difficult. I was passed off to an LP Investigator who conducted a background interview. I received an offer after passing both parts.
Very easy and simple, it involves many personal questions but that’s only due to the position. But over all the experience is very laid back, they do comb through your background soo just be honest.
