I applied online, and got an interview during a hiring event. After taking a very easy math test, I waited about 45 minutes and was called in. The interviewer went over basic rules and my availability. Then she asked the questions. I "passed the interview" but they did not need any more employees at the moment, so I was put on a wait-list, and I basically wasted an hour.
The interview was pretty straightforward,they ask things that are basically about reactions, what you do in certain situations and and customers service.The interview was on the phone just remember to be yourself and transparent.

Easy and very simple they usually hire everyone so don't worry. They don't ask very difficult questions most you would here on a average interview and you will have to take a math test but it's only ten questions and very simple
