I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Six Flags (Valencia, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I filled out an application online and was scheduled for an interview a few days later. The interview was about 30 minutes long and was pretty easy, I just had to complete a basic math test (about cash handling) and they went over my application with me. I was then asked to take home some paperwork to complete and turn in the same week. After that, I was scheduled for my orientation :)
The interview was pretty straightforward, they ask things that are basically about reactions, what you do in certain situations and and customers service. The interview was on the phone just remember to be yourself and transparent.
