Lengthy interview process. I first had a phone interview with an EA, then a Marketing person from Texas (job was located in DC) then with the Director of Marketing before even being considered for an in-person interview! I had 2 in-person interviews with multiple people for both. The questions were repetitive and as a newer role they did not have much insight on what the role would actually be comprised of.
