Had a call with their HR person, very friendly, asks a trick question of "What do you know about Sketch" to which I couldn't say much besides that I know they make the app and that they're based in the Netherlands. I was later told that this was a trick question because they keep info about the company scarce on purpose. They're an all remote company that places lots of importance on work-life balance.
After I got the update on my job application, I sent an email asking what would have made me a better candidate and did not get a reply.
