After sending my resume, I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a video call to get to know each other better. During the call, the recruiter was very pleasant and gave me some background information about Sketch. My impression is that Sketch is a company whose values are very much based on trust and gives their employees independence and does not micromanage. After the call, I received their decision within 48 hours (much quicker than my previous interviews), but unfortunately I did not receive an offer. Although I did not make it passed the first call this round, I am hopeful that I can work with Sketch sometime in the future.
