I enjoyed talking to Joanna (Sketch recruiter). Her replies to my questions were clear and I had a feeling that the recruiting process is well planned. I knew what to expect: what will be the next step. The interview strategy at Sketch is advanced. They plan couple of meetings with a candidate. Sketch works fully remotely and I can imagine that for some candidates it may be a problem. They want to be sure they hire someone that will be the perfect fit to the organization. During the interviews they checked my experience and communication skills. In my opinion Sketch presents open-minded approach to the hiring process: potential is valued as highly as experience.
