The interview process was great, they stick to their timelines, when they say they’ll get back to you in a week, it actually takes a week. My whole interview process took four weeks as stated in their website. The lady who was handling my recruitment was very, sweet, kind and professional at the same time. The reason they gave me for not giving me the job was rather false, they said I had great experience in X, which was not what they were looking for. Days later, I check LinkedIn only to find out they’ve hired someone who has experience in X just like me. The only difference is the person was white. There’s no black person at Sketch if you keenly check their LinkedIn or Twitter. So if you’re black, and they pick you - it’s thanks to this review. All the best in your job search.
