They seemed very unprepared for the interview. I followed the directions for where to meet and ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. There seemed to be poor communication on their part. Once the interview started they still seemed unprepared. They did not seem to have questions prepared and were unable to provide much detail on the training process or the job in general. To top it off one of the interviewers was just checking his phone most of the time. I understand that they may have been busy, but the whole process felt rude and inconsiderate of my time.

The interview was semi-formal with one person and over zoom. I was asked between 5-10 behavioral questions. It was organized and punctual. The interviewer was nice and seemed honest. However, I didn't make it past the first round so I can't speak to the rest of the interview process. They never responded to my follow up email and never reached out to me.
