I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (New York, NY) in Aug 2013

Interview

I got the first interview in early June 2013 after I graduated from Columbia University. It went smooth and they said I made a great candidate. But then they sent an email stating that they don't have an opening now. After 2 and a half month, I checked back with them again. They said they were hiring and would like to have a second interview with me. Again the second interview went well and they offered the job. The interview is typical architect interview.
