The whole onsite interview was conducted in a typical way. A bit of background, introduction of the position and questions about skill set, experience and work ethics. I met two designers during the interview, but one was constantly on her phone either texting or emailing.. she didn't seem too interested in knowing me and left the site once to answer her phone..
