Interview
I applied for the position online. the website is not really user-friendly and it takes time to fill everything. after a couple of weeks I was contacted by the HR team. they asked me to send all the required information, as official transcripts and recommendation letters, and, after one week, i had an interview with the associate directors.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
they were very friendly. at first they went through my cv, with some behavioral questions, as: "why som?", "which is your ideal work environment?" and so on. at the end it was more technical with several questions about earthquake engineering, even to an advanced level (probably because of my previous experience). but still, they were very friendly and the conversation was always smooth. it took probably 45 mins.
