I applied through SOM’s website. They responded to me a few weeks later and scheduled an interview. I requested for an online interview due to my work in another state. It was an interview with two people (one person in management role at a design team and another person who sounded as in more specialized role.) I introduced myself, presented two or three projects in my portfolio, and asked a few questions. I thought it was a straightforward interview and both interviewers were nice and appreciative.
