I started by applying online through their portal. I was contacted about a month after posting my application to which I was emailed. They set up a phone interview for a week out from the email. After the phone interview they invited me to the office in Chicago where I was interviewed with 2 people.

They ask genernal questions and behavior questions, go over portfolios, interviewer are easy to talk with..... But no clue until you get an email after about a month..... The overall is smooth
