The interview process was split in two interviews. It seems usual to have the first interview on line, and the second one in person. The scheduling was organized very kindly and with great care by the HR assistant to find a perfect time gap for everybody, with no rush. My impression is that the selection process is carried out very thoughtfully, with great dedication to find the perfect match (which is great for both parts) I received an email to schedule a date for the interview 1 month and a half after the application, emailing to schedule the first interview on line for 3 weeks, with feedback about the first round selection process for another 3 weeks, and finally kindly informed that they were moving forward with other candidates for the second interview. The interview was focused more like a dialogue rather than a set of questions. It took for one hour, and there was not enough time to get into much detail (maybe that was my mistake). It was carried out by two persons, both architects, with a focus at Technical and Design areas each one.
