Very long process to hire admin staff as they go through them very quick - agencies are now wary of them. MD has a reputation as being very difficult, they also were unable to keep admin staff, as its such a horrible place to work - staff retention issues were highlighted during the interview, as were the MD's unreasonable behaviour and expectations.
