Skipio Copywriter interview questions

Thanks so much for your feedback. We understand your reluctance to take the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment because of the cost of $20 for non-students and $10 for students. We use the Gallup approach--as do many of Fortune's best--to ensure people are placed in the right positions to succeed from the very beginning and to help us know how to work better together as a team upon hire. We also provide candidates an hour's consult with a Strengths coach after they take the assessment--which we figure is worth much more to a candidate's future than the $20 spent. A candidate will walk away from that hour with new insight on what they do best to help them in their career and their life. This process is the same for interns. We're so sorry our appreciation for our interns didn't come across in our interview with you. Our interns are invaluable to Skipio. The value and spirit they bring is irreplaceable, and we pay competitively. The goal of the Skipio internship program is to move all of them into full employment whenever possible.
