I applied online and within a week I was interviewing. It was a really fantastic experience and the people were very friendly. The interview was helpful to both I and the interviewer. I think throughout the interview, I realized that this job wasn't quite the direction I was looking to take. Even though I didn't move forward for that position, I was still offered the opportunity to take a strength assessment and consult about my career goals.
