I went through two phone interviews in the beginning. It's very run-of-the-mill, and they ask you general questions of a phone interview, presumably to weed out those who may be unqualified. I then went through two in-person interviews. The first in-person interview was with the Manager of Customer Support, and they repeated some of the phone interview questions and also had me take a typing test. The second in-person interview was with the HR Manager, and stepped away from qualifications and focused more on how you as a person would fit in with the company.
