I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkySlope in Sep 2018
Interview
Invited and participated in a FaceTime interview. First time I have used FaceTime as an initial interview process - wasn't particularly comfortable with it. Was asked general questions, didn't feel it was a conversation. Was told I would be sent next steps and more information about the role, was sent a decline instead. Job is now reposted. Process didn't seem refined or candidate-focused. Unfortunate, as the company and role sounded great.

Experience managing employees who didn't meet expectations.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SkySlope (Citrus Heights, CA)
Interview
Phone interview and in person interview both awkward and clumsy. I had no idea what their next steps were and after the interview I had no idea what to do. Lovely people but it was awkward. They ask a lot of ‘what is your philosophy on...’ questions. Weird. Over a week later I get an email saying they were passing on me.
