I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SkySlope
Interview
1 hr with hiring manager
90 mins split between system design and historical deep dive
the initial call with the hiring manager was well received, but the follow up call was juxtaposed for the tech tier. It seemed like a FAANG level interview without the FAANG benefits.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkySlope (Sacramento, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Only accepted the interview based on the recruiters high praises. Not the same impression of what he sold when I actually experienced the culture. The company has not been around long, high turnover with a hivemind mentality. Extremely introverted developer atmosphere. They are aiming for the "Google" experience but it feels a bit forced. Felt no "rockstars" in the building. I would have not accepted the role unless it was for the CEO's role to change everything they are doing incorrectly to run a great company ;).
