Interview
Interview process was a little disorganized. I would receive emails that weren't clear as to my next step and the process was very rushed. I had a group meeting first (online) which basically explained the company and then I had my 1 on 1 after (also online). It was very fast no more than 30mins and then received my CJO a week or so later.

Was there time that I had a conflict with and employee and how did I handle it?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
