Interview
First you apply online, then go to an open interview. At the interview you have to stand up in front of everyone and say why you would make a great flight attendant in 60 seconds or less. They didn't seem to actually time everyone but I read about the interview before so I made sure to plan ahead and have an idea of what I was going to say and how to wrap it up. For the first part, I would say to make sure you focus on why you would be a great flight attendant, not why you want to be one. After the public speaking there was a break as they decided who they wanted to interview further. Some of the people chosen did not nail the public speaking part, so they obviously take your resume into consideration as well. The one on one interview was just a few scenario based questions and the lady who interviewed me was very nice. I got an email about 10 days after the interview inviting me to training!
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
