I applied online and a day later received an email inviting me to the open interview. When you arrive, you'll check in, get measured for height and then mingle some. At 6pm sharp they start the presentation with an overview of the company and what to expect as a flight attendant. Then there is a short break and when you return, everyone must get up in front of the room and tell them why you would make a good flight attendant. After everyone has a turn you get another break while the recruiters decide who they want to interview face to face. The list is then posted on the door and those who's name are on the list stick around for a one on one interview. They tell you it'll take about 2 weeks to hear back from them.
