I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Seattle, WA) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online and was invited to an open session. An invitation is not required to attend an interview session but I did have one. There were about 25 people at the interview, I was one of the first ones to show up! We gathered in the main room, they gave a presentation about the company and what the job entails. They make it clear that it is possible to succeed but that you're going to be broke for awhile, which I already knew, regional airlines are lower paying but this is the highest paying one. Then you give a 60 second intro of yourself. They deliberated and told us that everyone was going to be getting a one on one interview!! I was one of the first ones to get called for the one on one. (SHOW UP EARLY, THEY DO ONE ON ONES BASED ON WHEN YOU GOT THERE!!) Some people were there until midnight, I was told, i was there til 8:30! The one on one was very typical. STAR answers to behavioral questions. I really didn't feel great about my interview. its so hard to tell. I received an email 10 days later and was offered the job!! However I also go hired at Delta and i took that instead! Good Luck!

Behavioral based questions! Answer in the STAR format!!
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
