Interview
First apply online, then find one of the recruiting events near you. May have to travel to the event and be prepared to stay the night if your commute to the recruiting city is long because you could potentially stay till midnight. Group interview first and if you make it to the first round, you get a short, indv. interview.

If a passenger was drunk, what would you do?
Can you relocate?
Can you be on call (on reserve) when you first start? Basically meaning you must be able to get to the airport within 2 hours if you are on call.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
