Interview
I had applied for Skywest airlines and I received the invite for the group interview within 2 days. I arrived to the hotel in which the interview was going to be taking place, there was around 50 candidates. Skywest representatives gave a brief into of the company , sent us to a 10min break. After break they divided the group in half. We had to stand up in front of the room and state our name and answer the following " why would you make a good flight attendant ?"
State your name and answer the question ! Don't talk about your family, pet , just get to the point .
Once the group was done presenting them selves and answering the question, they sent us to a 15 min break will they discuss on who would be selected for the 1 on 1 interview . Once the 15 mins were up they place a paper with names on the door . Those who's names were on it stayed.
Dress PROFESSIONALLY .
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
