I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (San Antonio, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
Everything everyone else mentioned is pretty spot on! However, I researched "flight attendant interview outfits" & of course most images I came across were VERY professional... So I dressed accordingly as you would think others would too. A LOT of ladies were dressed very unprofessionally!!! A few women wore platform wedges. SUPER NO NO!!! Please wear neutral tones. If you're wearing a skirt please be sure to wear pantyhose that match your skin-tone. There were a few ladies with their hair down (so if you read that your hair has to be up... That's not true) just make sure it's styled. LADIES red lipstick is a plus!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REMOVE ALL FACIAL JEWELRY!!! NO VISIBLE TATTOOS!!! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL FLIGHT ATTENDANT REQUIREMENTS!!! One lady showed up & was under the required height (5 feet is the shortest allowed height). Also have a 60 second speech prepared. It was so surprising that after the instructor announced we'd have to give a speech how many people were in complete shocked left scrambling for the right words to say. You could definitely tell who had & hadn't prepared. There are SO many resources out there!!! Please utilize them! Also DO NOT take an outline of your speech with you when it is your turn to speak in front of the room! If you can't remember what you wrote, just freestyle. BREATHE. EVERYONE IS NERVOUS!!! Be sure to mention something about safety & customer service. SMILE. Make eye contact with the entire room. Speak clear & not too fast. Make sure you have your passport BEFORE THE TRAINING CLASS BEGINS which will be the following month maybe 2... IT IS REQUIRED. Prepare & things will go smoothly. Be confident. Again, smile... You will be sure to get a face to face!

Question 1
How would I handle a drunk passenger who is wanting to order more to drink?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
