First, you begin by submitting your application online. No need to worry about hearing back via email, you can just take your resume and show up to a group interview. But be sure to apply online first, they will make it a point to ask if you've had a chance to do so before the interview. Before you enter the interview room, they measure your height, than take your resume. You then are given a presentation about the company. After that, they split you into smaller groups, where you will stand in front of the room and say why you will be a great flight attendant. After everyone is finished, you are to leave the room while they discuss who they like. If they pick you, your name is posted on the door, and you wait inside until they call you for individual interviews. During individual interviews, they ask you about your work history, and ask the questions below. They then dismiss you, and tell you that you will hear back in a 2-3 weeks. My job offer came in 2 1/2 weeks after the interview. Good luck!
