I applied online and received a call back for a video interview which consisted of 4 questions...3 fairly typical interview questions and 1 situational, which each had an unlimited amount of time to think about your answer and record your (up to 1 minute long) answer. I now have received a call back to go in for a 2nd face to face interview and will write another review afterwards.
