Long. After you apply online and go to a group interview you'll either be accepted or declined. If they choose you, you'll receive an email letting you know that you're on your way to becoming part of the SkyWest team, they'll give you instructions to follow which you'll have to follow to the tee. You'll need to get a passport. Then you'll be flown out to SLC, Utah for 31 day training.

What would you do if you ran out of first class meals and you needed one more for a passenger?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
