Interview
I submitted an application online and was invited to the group interview in Portland. I was looking forward to this for weeks. I rushed out the door of my office after an 8 hour shift to travel 2.5 hours through traffic to the group interview location. I arrived 3 minutes past 6 by my clock and was sent home by a woman who said there are no exceptions. On my way to my car I passed a girl walking in who arrived later than myself and was admitted. What kind of bias show are they running? I was dressed to impress in a new suit and tie.

I should have went back in and interviewed the woman who sent me home for being late then let someone else in later, unbelievable...
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
