Group interview. Invitation only. About 100 people attended. First, we all had to check our height if we reach to required height without shoes. After, we were divided into 2 big groups and separated into 2 rooms. First 30mins, the recruiters gave us the company description, benefits, a personal story about how they got this job and why they love this jobs to give candidates great company's impressions. After this session, they told us to decide if we want to proceed to next step or leave. 3rd part, all candidates get called in alphabetical order, once they called, they give a little presentation in front of everybody about why they can be the best candidates for this company. The recruiters will be listening all the back of the crowds so you have to speak up. Everybody took no longer than 1min for presentation. After all the candidates finished their presentations, we all took one hour break. After breaks, the recruiters put the list of selected candidates to go next interviews. It was about 20 people on one lists I think.
