We arrived at the interview 30 minutes early and then one of the flight attendants that were there to evaluate us measured our height (you must be between 5'-6'). Then, we sat down and they went over company policy, vacation, benefits, pay and other things that would be relevant to our job. Then, they gave us a 20 minute break and told us we were going to have 60 seconds after the break to stand up in front of everyone and say why we should be a flight attendant. Do not mention your family, personal life or age. Focus on your work experience and personal qualifications and characteristics and you should make the finalist list. Great job!
