It's a big group interview, they go over the company and then have everyone give their little one minute speech. Then they take a 45 minute break then post the names of who gets a one on one interview. There were about 50 people there and only 12 got an interview. I found all the questions I needed on here. They are all situational, so if you have common sense and read reviews on here then you should be fine!! Still waiting to see if I got an offer
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
