I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines
Interview
Group interview consisted of about 170+people. We were told that they are trying to fill 50 spots. I attended the group interview in El Segundo. To anyone that wears a shoe with a heel, yes, even men...you will be asked to remove your shoes so they can check height.
Be prepared to stand in front of group and state why you would be a great flight attendant. I did not make the cut BUT the ones that did where confident, spoke loudly, had previous FA experience or worked for an airline currently or previously.
Our group was surprised on the people that got selected since some did not have the “personality” of a FA.
My advice would be to be prepared to answer the question listed above and to PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE your response. You are given 60 seconds to respond so important that you are eye contact, show enthusiasm and confidence when delivering your response. During the F2F you will be given “what if scenarios”
Good luck to all of you!
PS...whatever you do...DO NOT state that you like to travel or that you would enjoy the travel benefits.

Question 1
F2F- what would you do if you spilled tomato juice on a customer due to flight turbulence?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Atlanta, GA) in May 2026
Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
