Interview
When you arrive, they ask for your resume and have you remove your shoes to measure your height - you need to be between 5'-6'. Next you sit with the other candidates and a recruiter explains the company, policies, and benefits for about 15 minutes. Then you're given a 15 minute break and basically told to prepare yourself to give a 60 second speech about why you would be a great flight attendant. As everyone before me has said, do NOT say why you want to be a flight attendant! Let your accomplishments, work history, and personal qualities shine. After everyone has spoken, you're released for a 45 minute break while the recruiters decide who gets a one on one interview. Out of our group of about 45, just under 20 people were chosen for the one on one - and I was one of them! The one on one is casual and the recruiters want you to feel comfortable, just be yourself but stay professional. After your one on one, you're told you'll be emailed in two weeks whether or not you got the job (I'm still waiting for a response.) It was a very long interview process so be prepared to spend several hours there.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
