I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Metairie, LA) in Jan 2018
Interview
First you sign in, they take your resume, and then they measure your height. After they close the doors they go over basically everything they tell you online. They they tell you they’re gonna have everybody come up one by one “Why you would make a great flight attendant?” The recruiters send you on a little break and once the break is up, everybody will have their 60 seconds. After that they send you on another break but a much longer one . Based on your answer and, in my opinion, how you interact with others they choose who will get a face to face. Once you get to the face to face it’s way more chill. More of a conversation with the recruiter. They just go over your resume asking why you left and other interview questions. I interviewed in Metairie, Louisiana on January 23,2018. Only 32 people showed up and 11 were chosen for a face to face. I was officially invited to the training course starting March 7,2018. (It took 2 weeks and 2 days to finally hear something back. I recieved the email on Feb.8,2018)

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
