The interview was very enjoyable. It was pretty low-key with questions like "where do you see yourself in five years" and "how would you resolve conflict with another employee?" After the interview I was taken to another room to show off my PowerPoint skills. The idea here is to see if the candidate can read basic testing data and then display/explain it in simpler terms visually. All in all, a very pleasant interview.
