I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Lincoln, NE) in Mar 2018
Interview
I attended a recruiting event hosted by two flight attendants. They measure your height as soon as you walk in. After the doors close, they give a 15 minute speech about the position. From there they tell you that you will have to give a minute (no more than a minute) speech of why you would make a successful flight attendant. You get 15 minutes to prepare. After everyone has given their speech they will post names on the door with the people who receive the face to face. My name was on the list. The face to face was very laid back and simple.

Question 1
What would be the hardest part about being a flight attendant?
So far its been good. I havent had the group interview or one-on-one interview yet. The virtual interview and assessment were fine. I signed up for the presentation this week.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
